I'm back y'all!

Hello hello hello Singapore!

Yes, I'm finally home. It's amazing how much has changed since I've been gone. Myself included. Like, I stopped by Jeleta and had such a shock! The Delifrance is no longer there! I stood outside just staring at it which my jaw dropped. sigh...

Well, I went out with Liz yesterday to where else but orchard road. Yeah... it looks okay. I mean... most of the stuff's where it's suposed to be. And I bot a top from forever 21. It's polkadotted. As if I havent had enough of polka dots from secondary school.

Speaking of polka dots, I went back to ST Margies today. I think I came at a wonderful time... I mean, I was supposed to have an early lunch with Ms Kang but I came a little late so I had to wait a while and then teachers started popping out of the staff room and to the canteen so I didn't even have to look for anyone. The first teacher I saw was Mrs Raj who couldn't recognise me on first glance. But then again, I think I gave them a shock... cause Mr Anthony and Mr Lee were walking and I was just like sitting there and then they saw me and looked so surprised (in a nice way for mr Anthony but Mr Lee was well, he was just himself). Then, we started talking a bit and then Ms Kang came out and we all sat down and ate, except for me coz I had a carton of milk. And it was nice, chatting and listening to them talk about random things you never hear them talk about in school. Mr Anthony seems much happier now... and I don't know why but Mr Lee seems so shy? Well, that's n0t really the word but something of that kind. He's not as fierce as I remembered him to be. But anyway, I think I pretty much met all the teachers who taught me last year... I met Mr Koh for a while and he seems quite different. Something about him... or maybe it's me. But yeah, everyone seems so different now. And it feels a little sad to go back but yet, not unpleasant in a way.

Yiwen came over today and we watched the interpreter. Or at least, I watched the Interpreter and SHE fell asleep. Naughty naughty. =0) . THank you for the puzzle anyways, very nice of you to get me something.

I think I'm falling sick from all the dust going about... I always get it whenever I come back to Sg. My nose is killing me!!! Help!

Toofeys

Friday was a bit... ummm. I had a really rough night with a tragic nightmare which I won't talk about because I really hate it. Anyway, I was late for tutorial for the very first time! I ran up the stairs of lincoln square north and just as I opened the door, Ron was coming out of his office and he was like 'you're ten minutes late!' and I'm like all grinning sheepishly. Apparently only 3 other people had arrived before me... which I'm assuming that's why I didn't get a shelling.

Then I came home and Huiwen and I went to Toofeys! YES FINALLY! we felt so out of place there cause we were like the only Asians and teenagers at that. Everyone else was like wearing those suits and stuff. Yeah. But finally, some good food!

Anyway, when I got back I started to feel really sick and all. It might have been the wine I had. Yrcch... Like, hot and all...kinda feverish. I pretty much took the day off to slack.

Saturday--- its not exactly over yet but here's how it goes. I woke up round 9 and went for breakfast and when i came back I surfed the net before it got cut off and then I went on to do my lit. And I read Franky. Which makes me kinda feel so sad for Henry Clerval. Now Clerval would make the ideal man... he's polite and caring and so sensitive... I feel so sad that he dies... and Victor Frankenstein is so undeserving of him as his friend. But anyhow...

Nick came to pick me up so we could have lunch and we were wearing the same shirt! Our arsenal jerseys. Haha. Was quite funny... but I changed so yeah. Anyways. We went down to lygon and boy was our lunch worth it! Well, mine was anyways... the forcetta was so huge with lots and lots of salad and it was only 8 dollars! MMMhMMM. Yeah, then we went to see some College Square apartments... some were facing the cemetry which is sooo not cool and really creepy. But eventualy we found the perfect one.

After that I came back and read Franky again until I fell asleep.

Mich's Party

Aye... just came home from Michelle's party. Am exhuasted! It's probably the contacts. I hate wearing them! They're uncomfortable and straining. But I didn't wanna look so geeky with my specs.

Well, today was a very long day. I got up at 7.30am to go for breakfast with Huiwen on Lygon. It was okay... bacon and eggs. Then I went to Church. And on the way back, I met Kelvin and Kennick on the tram. Poor Kelvin hurt his leg.

Anyway. I had a pretty healthy lunch. European yoghurt and sushi. After that, I went to Glen waverly and my bro picked me up from there and we went to his place to get ready for the party.

Here are some pics from the party (so crappy, they only let me put 5!):

1)my bro and I.
2)The balloon game!
3)Aunty Sharon and I.
4)Ed and I.
5)A few of us!
It was so weird because everyone there was from Monash! And I was the youngest! haha. Anyways. I'm beat. Will tell you guys more some other time!

Because of you I never strayed too far from the sidewalk

Last night, Steph and I were watching 24. I think we did 5 episodes. Then Kevin came and we sat in the dark listening to Kelly Clarkson. And I don't know why but I found myself tearing when I heard her song 'Because of you'...

Yesterday was a nice day.

I had Media in the morning and Ron liked the name Blitz for our drink. He also thought the drawing I did for the magazine ad was brilliant. Haha. I don't think it's that great... but it is nice. Here it is-
Tidus with the Blitzball ball. Haha. It's supposed to be a double pun for the product. Nice? It's very tidious. But yeah... now I still have to complete the story board for the TV ad. Oh boy. Art people are always exploited for projects! Well, not really this time... because I volunteered. But then again, who's gonna draw if I don't?

The original slogan for the drink was 'do you Blitz?'. Ron didn't really like it and he wanted 'Bring it on'. But I thought it was so cheerleader-ish. I guess since he's grading our work, we'd probaby use it for our backup slogan if we can't think of any good ones. Any suggestions?

Argh! I have to complete so much work when I get back to Singapore! I have to do the Storyboard and all the touching up and all that crap, then I'll have to do Quickbooks for our Accounting project. And I also have to research on Rupert Murdoch for my oral presentation! Yikes! Oh well.

I'll have to go to the city later to get Michelle's birthday present and go to Lygon to make a booking for my lisence test. Then I'll have to clean my room and start on my literature. One exam! Sigh! Anyways, I hafta go now. BYYYE.

oh and if you're reading this now Milene.... GET WELL SOON!
